SESSIONS

Sessions

Your sessions are yours, and we will work towards your personal goals. I always hold in mind what you want to get out of our sessions.

I mainly work from a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) model. Working in this way, we will be talking about how you think, feel and behave, and how all of those things influence one another. Often making a change in one area has a knock on effect on another. We will work together to find out which changes might lead to a meaningful difference to you in your life.

I also draw upon other therapies including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), narrative exposure therapy (NET), systemic therapy and mindfulness.

I offer 1:1 sessions to people over the age of 18.

Sessions cost £140 for 50 minutes and are payable ahead of the scheduled appointment.

I am currently only offering remote sessions via zoom.

I am more than happy to offer you a free initial 15 minute consultation to decide if I am the right psychologist for you.

Please get in touch if you want to find out more or to book your initial consultation.

TESTIMONIALS
